Each team will be scheduled to play 6 games. No one goes home early from this tournament.
The first 5 games are 50 minutes long and are played on Saturday and Sunday (2 games on Saturday and 3 on Sunday). Championship games are either 50 or 90 minutes long and are played on Monday.
In round robins, ties stand; 3 points for a win, 1 for a tie and 0 for a loss. If any teams are tied in points at the end of the round robin, we first use a tie-breaking formula (head to head, then goal differential, then goals for); if there still is a tie, then we flip a coin (no penalty kicks).
4 Team Divisions - Each team will play each other team twice with no playoffs. At the end of all 6 games, the standings will be final. Your placement in the standings is your final placement in the tournament.
6 Team Division - Each team plays all others (a 5-game round robin). Then, the top 2 play for 1st and 2nd place, the middle 2 for 3rd and 4th and the bottom 2 for 5th and 6th.
8 Team Division - Teams will be split into 2 brackets, ( Brackets A & B ), of 4 teams. Each team will play the 3 teams in their bracket just 1 time. After that, the divisons will be merged into a single bracket for 3 more games. This bracket will have first place from Bracket "A" to play 4th place from Bracket "B" and etc. The outcome of each of these games will move you along the bracket and determine who you play next.
In the championship games, seeding is based on placement in the round robins and all ties are broken with a traditional penalty kick procedure.

|
The winning team in each division in the championship rounds will have at least one-half of its entry fee waived for next year’s tournament. No trophies will be awarded.
The size of the fee waiver is based on the number of teams in a division in the championship rounds. If there are 8 teams in a division, then the fee waiver is 100%; if there are 6 teams in a division, the winning team will receive 75% off next year’s entry fee; and if there are 4 teams, then it will get 50% off.
The entry fee waiver is applied to the regular entry fee for a team that has agreed to receive all communications by email. If a winning team does not agree to receive all tournament communications by email, then it will have to pay $25.00 in addition to any part of the entry fee that has not been waived. |

| Shuttle Bus: |
|
|
|
|
|
| |
|
Each hotel will be providing a complimentary shuttle bus from their hotel to the soccer fields. This will be the same shuttle bus that the hotels use for their airport shuttle. The number of trips from each hotel to the field will be determined by the number of guests requesting this service. If few guests are requesting a shuttle, then the service will be provided on a "On Call" basis. If there are many guests requesting this service, then hotels can provide set times for pick-up. So this will not be known until shortly before the tournament. If you request this service, please let your hotel know when making your reservations and when checking in.
Also, keep in mind that you will be sharing the bus with guests going to and from the Airport, who are not here for the tournament. So please keep the bus clean and be respectful of not only other passengers, but respect the bus and its driver. This is not your bus, but is being provided free of charge for guests of the hotel. If we respect this complimentary service, we can continue to provide this service to you for future tournaments.
- DO NOT just show up at the front desk and expect them to take you to the field, right now, as you have a game in 10 minutes. Please give them plenty of notice of your needs, so they can schedule and accommodate everyone involved, including their staff.
- Each hotel has the right to refuse to allow any person or person's access to the bus, if said hotel feels it warranted and the tournament directors will back the hotels on their decision to do so if needed.
- Even though the bus is complimentary, please be respectful of the driver and show your appreciation.
